Samsung has casually announced its newest entry-level offerings, the Samsung Galaxy A05s and the Galaxy A05. The Galaxy A05s deploys a Snapdragon 680 chip, 90Hz 6.7-inch LCD, and triple rear cameras with 50-megapixel main lens. While the Galaxy A05 uses a Helio G85 chip, the same display but without higher refresh rate and a dual rear camera setup with 50MP main as well. Samsung Galaxy A05s specs 6.7 FHD+ PLS LCD 1080 x 2400 pixels. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A05 starts at PHP 5,690 for the 4GB+64GB model and PHP 6,520 for the 4GB+128GB combo and is also available through the Samsung website or Lazada. Well, it looks like Samsung is ready to come up with a competitor through the release of the Galaxy Glasses later this year. The Galaxy Glasses will run Samsung's in-house One UI XR. Both devices are expected to officially debut at Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event, which is heavily rumored for July 22, 2026, in London.
