Samsung is gearing up for the upcoming MWC 2017 in Barcelona and it looks like it's going to be a new tablet instead of a smartphone. We previously reported that Samsung will not unveil the Galaxy S8 flagship smartphone at MWC 2017 and from the looks of the invite, it's going to be a new tablet. Details about the device were not revealed but reports point to the Galaxy Tab S3 which sports a 9.6-inch display with 2048 × 1536 resolution, Snapdragon 820 CPU, 4GB RAM, 12MP camera, and Android 7.0 Nougat. Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Book 6 Edge, its first laptop powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon X2 Elite processor. The Galaxy Book 6 Edge comes with a 16-inch anti-reflective AMOLED screen, 1TB of storage and 16GB RAM, and Samsung is putting a big spotlight on what it calls its AI stuff, plus it claims as much as 22 hours of battery life, depending on use. It also leans into Samsung ecosystem features like Storage Share, Multi Control, Second Screen, and Nearby Devices, so it’s meant to stay pretty smooth with Galaxy phones and tablets for a kind of seamless connection.
