The customer forfeits his reservation if he doesn't claim the VIP Pre-order within the given time frame. When claiming, the customer should be able to present the following: Official Receipt of the down payment Valid ID matching details in the OR If your email isn't on the invite list, you won't be able to get the 4-digit pin required to access the VIP pre-orders. Pre-orders in the Philippines run from July 7 to July 19, 2026 through Digital Walker branches, the Digital Walker website, and the official Digital Walker and OnePlus stores on Shopee.
