You might want to check out CD-R King's answer to the heft of bringing a selfie stick everywhere with this case. The picture above was posted on CD-R King's Facebook page showing how their selfie stick case or Stikbox works. It's a protective case and a selfie stick in one. The arm comes out from the back of the case and with just a few unfolding, you're now ready to take that perfectly angled selfie. Not much detail was given by CD-R King regarding the material used here but we're suspecting it to be similar to the alloys used with your regular sticks.
