Sky Cable is getting into the mobile internet service with SKYMobi. SkyMobi pocket WiFi has 12Mbps maximum speed. You will need to have an existing Sky Cable subscription to get SKYMobi. The SKYmobi SIM can also be inserted into a smartphone and used to send text messages and make voice calls. According to PAGASA, the app was developed in response to growing smartphone usage among its users and forms part of the agency’s efforts to modernize weather and climate services in the Philippines.
