Qualcomm is reportedly planning to unveil its next-generation flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2, ahead of schedule. Performance Enhancements Leaked benchmarks suggest that the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 will offer substantial performance improvements over its predecessor. The launch event for a new high-end Snapdragon chip has been announced for April 2. This is expected to be the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 with the Snapdragon 8 Elite being a relatively fresh release. Last year’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset powered upper mid-rangers like the HONOR 200 Pro and POCO F6. This will be paired by an Adreno 825 GPU, which is likened to the Adreno 830 found in the Snapdragon 8 Elite. The Philippines and the European Union (EU) are working together to improve digital connectivity, strengthen cybersecurity, and expand access to satellite data under a new initiative aimed at supporting economic growth and disaster resilience. The Philippine Space Agency and the EU Delegation to the Philippines are leading the project together with the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Information and Communications Technology, and the Office of Civil Defense.
