Weighing 1.22 kg, the Surface Laptop 13 is made from aluminum and runs on the same 8-core Snapdragon X Plus chip found in the Surface Pro 12. A ton of announcements were lined up for this year’s Microsoft Surface Copilot Plus PC event. As the name suggests, the event headline is their introduction of a new category of Copilot Plus PC Surface Laptops. These brands have produced laptops and the like all powered by the Snapdragon X chip courtesy of Qualcomm. Likewise, the Microsoft Surface Laptop is powered by either the Snapdragon X Elite or the Snapdragon X Plus. The former is equipped with the Snapdragon X Plus chip, while the latter comes with the Snapdragon X Elite chip. The 13.8-inch laptop with the X Plus chip comes with configurations of 16GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of storage.
