According to the data gathered by Spotify for Summer 2020, the number of listeners worldwide has increased by 40 percent.   Spotify's Cleaning Kit playlist has risen by 30% in streaming. Spotify is expanding its Prompted Playlist feature to more Premium users in the U.S. Spotify's new feature Prompted Playlist lets users create playlists by typing natural language prompts that describe moods, scenarios, memories or other listening instructions. Spotify now allows users to transfer playlists from other music streaming services, making it easier to switch platforms. Once completed, playlists appear in the user’s Spotify library. The copied playlists include all songs, and Spotify does not limit how many tracks can be transferred. Spotify is rolling out a new Mix feature in beta, letting Premium users customize track transitions and add basic DJ effects to their playlists.
