Despite the fast download speed, Starlink did have a slower upload speed in the country. Starlink’s slower upload speeds and high latency are not only in the Philippines. The company also recorded slower upload speeds and higher latency compared to all other providers in new countries where Starlink was recently launched. In exchange for fast download speeds, you do get slower upload speeds and higher latency or ping.
