The said toggle will be found within the app settings (Profile > Settings and privacy >Content preferences > Manage topics). There are already existing toggles for a variety of topics and adjusting the slider for AI-generated content may also apply to all topics. “Like those controls, the AIGC setting is intended to help people tailor the diverse range of content in their feed, rather than removing or replacing content in feeds entirely,” said TikTok in a press release. TikTok is rolling out the feature “in the coming weeks.” In addition, the company is also testing “invisible watermarking” to improve labeling of AI-generated content on the platform.
