Toshiba has recently unveiled its latest ultrabook called the KIRAbook, a Windows 8 machine that sports a 13.3-inch 2560×1440 high-resolution display. The Toshiba KIRAbook aims to take on Apple's current top of the line Macs with its 13.3-inch PixelPure touchscreen display that packs a native resolution of 2560×1440 which equates to 221ppi - just a few pixels less than the MacBook Pro Retina Display's 227ppi. Toshiba's entry into the netbook market never really landed in the Philippines with the first model (the 9" NB100) launched last year in Singapore.
