In it’s statement, Cebu Pacific will not allow unvaccinated passengers to travel with some exceptions. According to the carrier, unvaccinated and partially vaccinated minors (below 18 years old) may be allowed to travel if they are returning residents and accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult. Cebu Pacific has provided options for passengers who are unable to travel until January 31,2022. They may cancel up to 2 hours before their scheduled time of departure and select their preferred option, to rebook or a travel fund, through Cebu Pacific’s website. The government has committed to combat these through its roadmap consisting of AI education, workforce upskilling, the establishment of the Center for AI Research (CAIR) for R&D, as well as allocating funds to support AI startups.
