ASUS today announced at CES 2024 its latest lineup, the Vivobook Classic Series. This series includes the Vivobook 14 X1404 and X1405, Vivobook 15 X1504, Vivobook 16 X1605, and Vivobook 17 X1704. Available in Indie Black, Cool Silver, Quiet Blue, and Terra Cotta, the ASUS Vivobook Classic series is designed for a range of everyday computing needs. Now if a touchscreen display is a must have feature you, then there’s also the new 15-inch Vivobooks namely the F550CC and S551. Mind you though that the Vivobook S551 costs Php12K more than ASUS is charging for the F550CC, so that’s something you also have to take in to consideration. While I’m waiting for my laptop to be repaired, ASUS PH has been kind enough to lend me this VivoBook S400C to use temporarily. Display and Audio The VivoBook S400C is one of the first few batches of mid-ranged notebooks to come preinstalled with Windows 8. The last time we checked, the ASUS VivoBook S400C, with the configuration stated above, will set you back Php35,995.
