Western Digital has recently announced its 4TB My Passport Ultra external hard drive. The company said that the new drive will be soon joined by their My Passport Ultra Metal lineup and My Passport model for Mac, which will be available starting September. It offers all of the features of existing My Passport Ultra drives including 256-bit AES hardware encryption, Cloud backup integration, USB 3.0 support and WD Backup software. The Western Digital 4TB My Passport Ultra will retail at $139.99 or around Php6575 when converted to peso. It comes in Ultra 5 and Ultra 7 variants, delivering up to 115 TOPS of AI power. Powered by Intel’s latest Core Ultra platform, the device is positioned as a small-form-factor solution for multitasking, creative workloads, and AI-driven applications.
