The company has started a limited closed beta to test how AI agents can perform system-level tasks across Xiaomi’s ecosystem. miclaw runs as a system-level application and can access more than 50 system tools. Xiaomi says user data like chat history and settings are stored locally on the device, while cloud processing only handles active queries. miclaw can also control compatible Mi Home IoT devices and integrate third-party tools through open protocols.
