Bell Telecommunication Philippines, Inc., the subsidiary of Vega Telecom Inc. owned by San Miguel Corporation looks poised to offer its services in the country.
We spotted the said telco when we were trying to activate the Facebook Texts features. Under the Mobile Carrier menu, BellTel was spotted along with major telcos Globe Telecom and Smart and TNT.
With that said, we should start seeing the BellTel’s retail services (SIM cards, voice calls and SMS) soon.

What happened to the planned partnership with Norway’s Telenor? Did it not proceed?
