Unreliable padin Globe kahit Platinum. Sorry.

  7. Avatar for globesucks globesucks says:

Most who reacted here are prepaid users. Guys the plan is for platinum. It has its perks and usually dedicated line. There are instances na down or delayed ang prepaid users but it seldom happen na nagkakaproblema sa platinum. But I still dont like globe. Hahaha. Still the most unreliable network.

Sana ayusin muna ng Globe network nila. Crappy service.

So good news yan sa mga platinum subscribers nila.

    • Avatar for jest jest says:

    • Avatar for Paul Paul says:

I totally agree. Wala naman ako problem sa signal.

    • Avatar for Jason Jason says:

Less than 10% lang subscribers ng postpaid on any telco.

    • Avatar for Jason Jason says:

@OtherJason, Mas higher talaga ang priority ng Postpaid kasi may monthly revenue sila from the postpaid subs unlike sa prepaid, kung kelan lang matripan and usually inaabuso pa ang promos.

Clear-cut at transparent dapat ang rules, I don’t see any bandwidth cap / fair usage policy mentioned.

Sana may magcomment na globe platinum subscriber, para we can have first hand experience sa service na yan. I do believe na iba yung priority ang binibigay sa kanila compares sa regular postpaid and prepaid subscribers.

Anyways, that’s just my belief. And yeah, globe services now are super off. Billing statements are way ridiculous.

    • Avatar for Jason Jason says:

…. Sa mga platinum, like all the rest of platinum promos, plans, package, etc, may collatilla doon na hindi dapat sabihin ang mga privileges namin… So am sori, a privilege is a privilege not worth brandishing but worth enjoying… That’s what we’re paying for… But it’s not a bad idea to try the plan… Just to give you an idea lang, say smac, (sm advantage card), pag platinum na sa iyo, may privilege line ka, etc. Just my centavo of advise, try it so you will know the add ons and perks…

As a platinum subscriber I’m enjoying the benefits of the rich without ever being one. I ride the jeepney and the pedicab everyday jsut like the rest of you. My meager earnings is diligently saved just to pay the 5k monthly. So far so good and lucky me is the best!

My experience for a four year platinum subscriber… Platinum is great for me since their roaming/ local service is somewhat okay. The discounts and gifts from platinum family are nice. Treatments on hotline, personal rep, and stores are well accommodated. Concerns are well fixed. No bill problems experienced, slight network problems on rural areas, not experience dropped calls/ delayed messages, or limmitted mobile (limmitted mobile browsing only affects prepaid) browsing. Over all great service. Maybe on prepaid subscribers are affected by their system upgrade and some postpaid subscribers. On platinum plan you can customize your plan as often as once a month that suits your needs. Hope this helps.
