Google has also announced another gadget for the home, this time it’s a voice-activated speaker powered by Google Assistant – the Google Home.

The Google Home is an attractive piece of hardware that features a smooth touch pad surface for controls, far-field voice recognition for hands-free use, mic mute button for privacy, high excursion speaker for and HiFi sound.

Since it’s voice-activated, just say “Ok Google” and you can command it to run mobile app audio streaming, TV streaming, control your home like lightings and other smart appliances with IFTTT integration, ask questions, or plan your day.

Google Home also has replaceable bases which is available in seven colors, so you can customize it to fit your personal preference or match your home’s style.

Google Home is priced at $129 and will ship on November 4 in the US.
