MS Office is the most popular but if you want something free you can go for LibreOffice or OpenOffice. Five weeks after Microsoft debuted the preview of Office for Android phone, the software giant has finally made its popular productivity software trio Word, Excel and PowerPoint available on Google Play Store. And while users will be able to create and edit using these apps by just signing in with their Microsoft account, the full office experience requires an active Office 365 subscription. Moreover, Android devices with a screen size of 10.1-inch or larger also requires a user to subscribe to any of Office 365 plans. Both Office 365 Home and Office 365 Personal subscriptions are being offered as an in-app purchase option inside any of the productivity apps. It's now becoming clear -- Google is crawling into Microsoft's domain in the office and productivity suite. A mobile version of Microsoft's MS Office will be coming to Android and iOS devices in early 2013.
