Ang Departamento sa Panglawas (DOH), sa Agosto 19, 2021, nagpahigayon og re-bid alang sa pagpalit og laptops ug desktops uban ang total nga aprobadong budget contract nga PHP 1,785,886.

Ang bid (IB No. 2021-199-A) nga gipahimutang sa Agosto 19, 2021, para sa 17 ka desktop computers ug 11 ka laptops:

Ang naunang gipost nga bid (IB NO. 2021-199) sa Mayo 29, 2021, nagtinguha nga mopalit og 25 desktop computers ug 11 laptops, uban ang total nga aprobadong budget contract nga PHP 1,814,800:

Tan-awa ang mga espesipikasyon sa ubos.

Additional Requirements:
1. Warranty Certificate;
2. Certificate of After Sales Service and Parts;
3. After support within one (1) Year /Certification whichever is applicable;
4. The Bidder shall submit any of the following:
a. If the bidder is the manufacturer, certify that the bidder manufacturer the products/items; or
b. If the bidder is an Exclusive /Authorized Distributor or Dealer of the products/items, Certificate or Contract from the manufacturer must be provided as proof that the bidder is an Exclusive /Authorized Distributor or Dealer of the products/items; or
c. If the bidder is an agent of the exclusive distributor or dealer, the following must be provided;
i. Certificate or Distributor /Dealership Agreement by the Manufacturer with the distributor or dealer; and
ii. Contract between the distributor/dealer and the bidder
5. Original Brochure or download from the internet and other manufacturer’s un-amended sales literature, unconditional statements of the specifications and compliance issued by the manufacturer, samples, independent test data etc., as appropriate for cross referencing statement of the compliance to what is indicated in the 2nd page of Section VII: Technical Specifications of the Bidding Documents;
6. Certification that this product should still be available in the market for the next three (3) years;and
7. Sworn Statement using the prescribed form

Base sa bag-ong bid, ang DOH andam maggasto og PHP 60,638 kada desktop PC, ug PHP 68,640 kada laptop.
