If you’ve been on Facebook these past few hours, you’ve probably encountered with this funny photo from a Lazada customer.

The photo is from Rhea Prille Rose Tan who ordered an item on Lazada. It’s pretty unusual for her package to arrive despite the lack of a proper address. Instead, she gave specific instructions on how to get to her house.

Yung umorder ka sa LAZADA tapos hindi mo alam address niyo? This Atleast Hindi naligaw yung naghatid HAHAHAHA! Ganda daw ng info. Ko sabe ni kuyang naghatid HAHAHA

The item was shipped in Cavite through Lazada Express. Even the delivery man was amused by her witty way of ensuring the package reaches her doorstep.

yong omorder ka ng mosquito net …tapos nakalagay sa record nila delivered na daw….eh sa totoo lang wala kapang natatanggap…try nyo omorder wag kunin ang order ng iba …kaloka ???

Unfortunately, I do not have the same experience with Lazada’s delivery service. Yung mega-follow up ka sa Lazada FB page kung asan na ung deliverables sayo. Magbibigay ng delivery date. Tapos after more than two weeks ng pag-aantay makikita mo sa tracking page ni LBC na nacancel ung delivery kase may payment problem. COD ung items ko wala naman dumating na items nung day na sinabi ni LBC na nagdeliver sila. Hindi naman un first time. Feeling ko tinamad lang magdeliver kase maulan. Pwede naman ideliver the next day pero mas ginustong gawan na lang ng report na “payment problem”. Follow up ulit kay Lazada, kesyo idedeliver din un kase hindi naman nakalagay na return to shipper. So asa pa rin ako na darating.Tapos after ilang days makikita mo sa LBC tracking returned to shipper na lahat ng items mo. Post ulit sa Lazada FB page…Dedma na ni customer service. Tapos kinabukasan mag-eemail sayo na i-order mo na lang ulit ung items kase nagkaproblema…Ganun na lang un, after almost three weeks na aasa asa kang darating sasabihin sayo order mo na lang ulit.

same nangyari sa akin, pero kay LEX ung akin, 2 beses ngayan ginagawa ng lex sa akin, dineliver daw nila then reject ko daw ung item, wtf, I havent seen any lazada personel from started created my order, how can I reject my order?

Kailangan kasi ismarte rin ang deliveryman. May mga ewan din kasi na tipong ibigay mo na lahat ng info ay naliligaw pa rin.

and yes we don’t need ID
Kahit sinong tao pwede kumuha as long as nasa loob sya ng bahay ng pinag designated address either friends, kamag-anak

Though maraming complaints about Lazada dahil sa ilang fake products nila, ayos din talaga ang delivery nila. I remember when I ordered the Flash Plus via COD, kahit provincial address kami, next day dumating na si kuya na may malaking-malaking bag to deliver the phone. Hehe and witty lang talaga nung customer
