Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray in the flesh!

Listen to article

Sony-Ericsson Xperia Ray
Pantalla LED de 3,3" a 480x854 píxeles
1GHz procesador Scorpion
GPU Adreno 205, chipset MSM8255 Snapdragon
Motor Bravia Mobile
1GB ROM (300MB disponible para el usuario)
512MB RAM
hasta 32GB vía microSD (4GB incluido)
HSDPA, 7,2 Mbps; HSUPA, 5,8 Mbps
Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot
8MP cámara autofocus con flash LED
GPS con soporte aGPS
Sintonizador de radio FM
1500mAh batería Li-Ion
Android Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread

Sony Ericsson owns the throne when it comes to phone designs. And lately they’re doing great by using the latest android and providing better and faster updates.

My only wish is that they can position their pricing competitively. Like if they say midrange, make the price midrange. It got me thinking if most people are just paying for the premium designs.

Anyway, not a lost since SE products are always a good investment. They don’t depreciate that fast, say next to Apple’s.

Another well-designed phone from Sony Ericsson!

I think I’m not going back to a small display after experiencing how better the keyboard, net, and games are on a larger 4.0″ display.

But pricing this product competitively would really make sense. I think it would be around 20-21K.

Finally, one for the ladies! Pretty hard to jump into the whole Android foray when most devices are too large to be held by women. Props to SE!

This article reminded me of this:

Got it in my mail around last week.

Not that I am for it. I like calling gadgets as such. =)

Hoping for a lower price. I also want this but the new xperia mini pro is a good alternative though it’s quite small.

This and the Xperia Mini Pro are SE’s lineup for this year’s Xperia phones. By any chances Sir, do they have the Mini Pro?

performance-wise, it’s like the bigger brother Xperia ARC

specs-wise, the only difference is the screen size

i hope RAY does well against the competition in the mid-range
