There are a lot of other file upload service around like RapidShare but I find PutFile.com to be a more convenient alternative.

I tried that boostfile one, because folders is what I’m trying to create, but it took me to nothing but a blank page with one German sentence on top. And I don’t speak German, so I don’t know what it said.
I’m assuming something about the page not being there anymore since there wasn’t one.
At least…I think it was in German. I’m not too good at identifying languages I don’t speak, so forgive my ignorance.
What I am actually looking for, is a way to put something in a file or attachment to send over websites such as Myspace, etc., the way you would in an email. So that I can have someone forward something to someone else, without the forwarder being able to read it.
Anybody know how I could do that? Or know a website where I could make such files or folders.
I’d appreciate any help or advice you could give me.
Thanks.

I tried that filespider one as well, which looks like it could be the type of thing I’m looking for, however, it said my files would be viewable to the public. Obviously, if I don’t even want the friend doing the favor of forwarding the files for me reading them, I don’t want strangers reading my personal files!
So, does anyone know of a way/site to do what I am wanting to do (see my previous comment) where they respect my privacy?
I would appreciate one where the webmaster isn’t reading them either, which filespider also said it would, but I understand that may be necessary to make sure the files don’t break any of the websites rules. But the public???
