Today is December 27, 2022 and the start of the nationwide SIM Registration in the Philippines. To those who are unfamiliar, the links below are where you can find the website to register your SIM numbers.
For Smart, SUN Cellular, TNT (Talk ‘n Text) subscribers – simreg.smart.com.ph 193
For Globe, TM, GOMO subscribers – new.globe.com.ph/simreg 252
For DITO subscribers – dito.ph/RegisterDITO 125
Users have 180 days from today to register their numbers, otherwise, they will be deactivated. Likewise, all new numbers (or newly bought SIM Cards) are also de-activated starting today and will only be activated once you complete the registration process.
At the moment, all the carriers are having a hard time serving the millions of people trying to register their SIM numbers.

If you are using a Postpaid account, you don’t need to register now. Your telco will contact you at a later date regarding this.
Note: The registration pages are currently erratic and always down at the moment. We advise checking back at a later time (off peak hours) to complete the registration process.

Globe website for sim registration is not working.
Bart Lat says:
I am a globe subscriber. I exactly followed the Globe link new.globe.com.ph/simreg but there is nothing in globe website or specific screen like SIMREG to press to enter my personal information. It said ACCESS SIMREG WEBSITE but the website does not have option to press SIMREG. I am confused. I believe Globe is not prepared for this simreg process at all. They have no website for this simreg requirements.

Jhay Manuel says:
All the while we all thought that telcos are ready with the Law being implemented as they mentioned before Dec 27th, Now that the day came bust all we have are all problems and a waste of time for most of us just to do a “simple and hassle-free” process to register our sim cards. Links are not working and giving us lame reasons, which are not reasons. They are only giving us the impression that they are not ready at all. Telcos should be transparent and inform the public that they are not really equipped to do such things and just providing us with false hopes.
I suggest to the telcos, why not utilize their own apps (GlobeOne, GigaLife, MyDito and Gomo! apps) to implement the sim registration and data gathering in one since these are already rolled out and more secure for the public.
Jhay Manuel says:
Additional Note:
The LAW may not protect us yet from scamming. Since we have to look into other services through other entities (the internet) to get Virtual Philippine numbers to use WITHOUT A SIM and use for sending SMS.
I applaud Globe to block some of these scamming texts since I personally experienced multiple scam texts to none. But SMART Telecom, scam texts are still up to this date are still being received. Again Telco’s should be able to look into this to fully eliminate scamming using Text messaging or automated calls.
