Alongside the transparent micro LED display Samsung revealed at CES 2024, the South Korean tech giant also shows off its Galaxy Buds with an OLED screen on its charging case.

Thanks to a short video by CNET, we get a glimpse of this new wearable.

It comes with various colorways and on top is a circular OLED screen where it displays the time, status indicators and animations for music playback.

Technically, this isn’t new. In 2022, we saw JBL launch its JBL Tour PRO 2 TWS earbuds which also rocked display on its charging case. However, this has much smaller screen than the one from Samsung.

While the Galaxy Buds OLED looks like it’s ready to debut anytime soon, Samsung reportedly plans not to launch this as a real product as of the moment.
