I don’t think so. Since this is a Chinese product, its supply will likely come from china or hk. I’ve bought items from these regions and they either charge less than american price, some of them even ship them to you for free – using regular postage of course. At most, the unit will cost around 14k max. You can buy directly from Chinese sellers and pay a bit to ship it using dhl or FedEx.
Wait for the prices on online shops. They can sell this cheaper than in the malls. My best price guess would be 15k max…hopefully

Apple calls all of their displays(Iphone,Ipod touch,Ipad,MacBook) as retina display, and not all have the same ppi.
You did not even tell the viewing distance part that ultimately determines the “retina” worthiness of the display.
From your article, one might assume that any 326ppi display is a retina regardless of what type of device it is.

Dapat maglagay din si apple ng mga notice sa mga devices nila ng parang ganto, for 20/20 vision people, “to maintain retina display quality, please strictly ensure to place your idevice x centimeters away from your eyes.”. Others(non 20/20 vision), “please consult our geniuses to compute the viewing distance depending on your vision” =P
Bottomline, many displays can be called retina display if viewed at a certain distance.

I used the term “Retina” to give an idea and quick comparison on how “high” the pixel density is. In this case, its 326ppi – the iPhone’s “Retina” space.
