This is not running Windows RT. RT is for those devices using an ARM based CPU.

From a student-on-a-budget standpoint, this is a great deal. 720p screen is a bit meh but this machine runs a full fledged desktop OS. Also, Office 365 costs 4k on its own (assuming it comes with 1 year subscription) this makes the deal sweeter. Performance might be middling, but the battery life should be good since it’s running on an Atom processr
