The HONOR X40 GT is arriving tomorrow, October 13, and the brand has been revealing details of what’s to come in their next gaming-centric flagship.

HONOR reveals that the X40 GT will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 under the hood, a 144Hz 6.81-inch display with 480Hz touch sampling rate.

The brand also boasted the X40 GT’s thermal system with 4000+ mm² liquid cooling vapor chamber and 13 layers of heat dissipation materials.

HONOR showed that the X40 GT achieves consistent frame rates, as its thermal system endures high temperatures without hiccups in its performance.

It is expected to come with a triple camera setup, the design of which resembles other recent Huawei phones, though green accents can be seen around the camera module and extending vertically on the patterned back shell.

The vanilla HONOR X40 is released last month that comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 695, 120Hz 6.67-inch AMOLED display, dual rear cameras, and 5100mAh battery.

While the previous HONOR 10 GT was released way back in 2018.
