The Huawei Y9 (2019) is priced at Php12,990 and will be available in the Philippines tomorrow, November 11, as part of Huawei’s offerings for the annual 11.11 Sale. Online listings from a few dealers revealed that the device will be available in Huawei concept stores and authorized retailers starting November 16 with several pre-orders taking place starting today.
I got verification from a Huawei chat agent via Hicare that the Huawei Y9 2019 does NOT support 5GHz wifi.

This is basically the locally available Honor 8X with almost the exact same price and specs, except with half of the storage space and slightly higher battery capacity.
