Infinix HOT 40 to launch December 9

The Infinix HOT 40 will make its global debut on December 9th in Lagos, Nigeria. It will come as a successor to the Infinix 13 HOT 30 10 which went official earlier this year.

Expected specs of the HOT 40 includes a 6.76-inch Full HD+ IPS display with 90Hz refresh, MediaTek Helio 688, 50-megapixel main camera, Android 13, and 5000mAh battery paired with 33W charging.

Infinix also teased a color-shift technology feature on the back panel of the upcoming model.

Aside from the teaser images, no other details were mentioned. We do get a glimpse of the device’s retail box and the phone itself.

Tipster Paras Guglani shared some live images which show the phone’s camera module design seemingly takes inspiration to Apple’s camera layout.

Is there a new Mediatek processor called 688 or was it a typo error for G88
