I’ll be getting the m2 note. For me, they have implemented well the Android platform than the cartoonist look of os of the rival. Yet, it has better camera based on reviews, though it is a sim tray high breed, its still fine for me.
Kofty says:
Already bought the m2 note… Why? It just looks sooo much nicer. The AFP looks like something from 3 years ago. It is ugly as hell.
kontrabida says:
I think m2 note is better in terms of design, camera, software, display, and OS updates.
reader says:
Do take note, Alcatel is not a true world phone. The phone supports only 2 bands for 3G. Meizu M2 Note supports 4 bands for 3G. So if you are a traveller, Meizu is a better choice
Silvernaut says:
I have both phones the m2 note was just delivered today and dare i say m2 is really better- the afp lags constantly i dont know why i have to keep closing apps and its front camera is ugly and stock launcher as well. The camera app is pangit as well walang manual mode compared sa m2.though i have to give it to afp for having free screen protector and has free good quality headset..
Evolved Hydralisk says:
I really don’t get these ” versus ” articles here in Yugatech. Simply listing their specifications alongside each other, and pointing out obvious “winning features” doesn’t really bring much to the table. This is lazy writing. Pitting them against each other with actual tests would be much preferable, don’t you think?
glenn says:
Yugatech, pwde nyo bah e VS. ang M1 note at M2 note. PLEASE???
Manny says:
Ang daming pakawala ng Meizu dito. Hindi kasi kumita sa flash sale. Paki correct na lang YugaTech.. Kaya din ng Flash Plus ang 128gb MicroSD. Yun M2 Note, either dual Sim lang or expandable. Hindi pwede pareho. Ang Antutu ng Flash plus nasa 40,000. Ang Meizu 30k lang, pang 2 years old na phone.

How about Cherry mobile Flare X .. who is the best among the rest?
bern says:
My plan was to get AFP last July 21 and I was close to get through but unfortunately I missed out because it was sold out fast. I was frustrated and decided to wait for future AFP sale.
Unfamiliar with M2 note and have read that it would be rolled out on July 22 on Lazada. Out of curiosity I googled its spec and found out it is almost same with AFP yet with higher screen resolution made from Sharp IGZO display which vaunted by many reviews as advanced.
I was still hesitant to buy because its price is higher but lazada has convinced me when they offered me with 12% discount thru its mobile app. I ordered right away and I got mine for P6,240 COD yesterday.
I’m now a happy camper.
inis says:
m2 note s the better between the two in looks and performance, problem is the m2 note uses one of the sims tray as sd card slot, which u have to prioritize storage of course, but for most pinoys, dual sim is important, i would not compromise, i want both, expandable storage and dual sim, which explains why AFP would sell better for pinoys than the m2 note
Red. says:
@bern

Sana may comparison din with meizu m2 note with xiaomi 4i
Giogagz says:
Thanks.
Badong says:
Here are my thoughts. Isipin mo nlang kung ano importante sayo. Yes ang afp mas mataas benchmarks, but di actually yun importante in real life. Mataas na battery at hd screen, kaya tatagal talaga. Pangit lng design ng afp at os.
Ang meizu full hd tas dragontrail glass pa. Matagal din ang battery kase lower clockspeed at newer processor plus 3000+mah battery pa. Maganda pa design at os.
Personally, id prefer m2 note because of my media consumption na pangmatagalan. Or better yet antayin mo flare x.
Ice says:
i think it’s best to buy Lenovo A7000. Combination of great performance and design. Bakit? for me ito ang 2nd in display and design next to M2 Note tapos pareho lang sila ng specs ng AFP. Me Dolby Atmos pa, with free screen protector and case at pwede syng mabili in physical stores.
alpotz says:
my service center din ba sila?
badong says:
Ill do you guys a favor and tell you guys the truth. I have both flare x and m2 note. flare x’s performance is flawless. Its on par with high end phones. m2 note is also nice. not as fast but gets the job done. I really like m2 note. its simple and light and nice looking. But flyme is full of bugs. its fuckin frustratin. I am using both phones, while I love using m2 note, its flare x that gets most of the jobs done.
powerVR says:
m2 note does’nt have fm radio….sayang!!!!! bye m2! hello zenfone 2!
itMARK says:
