After numerous leaks and countless speculations about its specs, Meizu has finally announced its new flagship smartphone – the Meizu MX5.

The new Meizu MX5 boasts a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display which has a 1920 x 1080 resolution.

The handset’s internals comprises of the new MediaTek Helio X10 octa-core processor clocked at 2.2Ghz, 3GB of RAM and a non-expandable storage that ranges from 16GB to 64GB.

Some of the MX5’s features were highlighted during the launch include the new mCharge technology – a fast charging feature that allows the handset to be filled to 25% in only ten minutes – new Flyme OS 4.5 which is laid on top of Android 5.0 Lollipop, and a 20.7MP rear camera that’s powered by Sony IMR220 sensor.

astig to affordable sulit ang 13k mo kung ganyan ang specs mo kysa icompare mo sa mga branded na kilala dito sa pinas… For Sure ! LAZADA pa din hahahahha….

I hope they bring this here by August or September. With taxes, baka 18k yung 32g variant. Still, much cheaper than iPhone or Galaxy.

Buti pa dto, halos puro positive comments ng mga readers sa mx5, unlike sa kbilang tech site puro negative comments nila, andaming hinahanap. Pra namang may mga pambili cla. Huh.
We’ll definitely buy one, upgrade ng aking mx4 :)

Hintayin muna natin ang MX5 PRO. Sigurado as soon as possible, magkaka stock sa Novo7 Tech sa Gateway Cubao.

Bakit sa cubao branch lang? Mas marami ang pumupunta sa SM branch nila. Dapat doon nila dalhin yun. But surely with that specs i’m gonna get a 32gb variant.
