Moto X and Moto E get another price cut




We’ve spotted the Moto X and Moto E at a mall carrying a discount on its price. Both these phones have been on sale before and are now selling for much cheaper SRPs.

The Moto X started with a Php16,999 asking price then discounted to Php14,999, to Php10,999, then Php8,499 . It can now be purchased for Php6,999.

On the other hand, the Moto E was once pegged at Php6,999 then to Php5,999, but now it is up for grabs for only Php2,999. Both were spotted at Lenovo’s stall in SM Light Mall in Mandaluyong.

    The Moto X is very tempting. This is the cheapest phone from an established brand with 4k Video recording (and it’s not even close).

    BUT

    16GB storage with no card slot is extremely limiting. Shooting 4K videos will quickly fill up the memory. It’s pretty much useless. No wonder they are having a hard time selling those units.

    If this was the 32GB version i would have bought it but i’ll pass on this 16GB version.

    aside from the limited internal storage, the battery capacity is too small. madali malow-bat yan.
