Samsung is set to launch a new smartphone in China with a new display and front camera design, the Samsung Galaxy A8s.

The Samsung Galaxy A8s has a similar display and front camera design that is found on the Huawei Nova 4 that will launch on December 17. Looks like this is a start of a new display trend that aims to eliminate the notch design.

Specs are still unavailable but reports point to a 6.3-inch display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset, up to 6GB RAM, triple rear cameras, and a 24MP front camera.

We’ll know more once the device is officially unveiled on December 10, 2018.
