Canva brings Magic Layers feature to ChatGPT and Gemini

Canva has expanded its AI-powered Magic Layers feature to OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google’s Gemini, giving users more control over AI-generated images.

Magic Layers uses Canva’s AI technology to sort out image bits, like words , objects, and the backdrop, into separate, editable layers automatically. Because of this, you can grab an element, then move it, scale it, swap it, or tweak it, without having to rebuild the whole layout from scratch every time.

Also, thanks to Canva’s integrations with ChatGPT and Gemini, you can create images inside the right AI assistant, and then turn them fast into editable Canva projects. It’s mostly aimed at marketing stuff, social posts , event flyers, product visuals and even interior styling ideas.

The Canva app for ChatGPT and the Canva Connected App for Gemini are now available globally, making advanced design editing more accessible to users worldwide.
