HMD has quietly launched its newest entry-level smartphone and is branded as HMD Aura².
The HMD Aura² sports a display of 6.52-inch IPS display with HD+ resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 450 nits. The unit is powered by a UNISOC SC9863A processor and configured with 4GB of RAM and 256GB Storage, expandable via microSD.

The HMD Aura 2 packs a 5000mAh battery life with 10W support for charging. For cameras, the phone carries a 13MP Main Lens and a 5MP Selfie Shooter. This also features an IP54 rating making it resistant to splashes and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the side.
There’s no information yet about the phone’s availability on our local shores, but it’ll be available in Australia and priced at AUD169 (Php6,200).
