vivo X Fold 6 specs revealed ahead of launch

vivo has revealed key details of the upcoming Vivo X Fold 6, highlighting its AI-powered productivity features, refined design, and advanced camera system ahead of its launch later this month.

On board, it will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and run OriginOS 6 Fold with an upgraded Atomic Workbench for enhanced multitasking on its large display. vivo also introduced a new Blue Hole colorway inspired by deep-sea sinkholes.

For imaging, the X Fold 6 features a 200MP Samsung HPB main camera with a 1/1.4-inch sensor, f/1.68 aperture, and CIPA 4.5-level stabilization. It also becomes the first foldable with a ZEISS APO-certified periscope telephoto camera using Sony’s LYT-602 sensor, supporting the Vivo ZEISS Teleconverter G2 for up to 200mm equivalent zoom.

The device also packs vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, an 8.02-inch Samsung M14 inner display with up to 5,000 nits brightness, and is rumored to house a massive 6,900mAh battery. For pricing, the brand hasn’t revealed it yet, but for reference, last year’s X Fold 5 was priced at PHP 109,999 locally for the 16GB + 512GB Variant.
