HMD Global is set to unveil the Pulse 2 series on August 20, featuring three new smartphones focused on mindful phone usage. Headlining the launch is a new Digital Detox mode, first seen in the Skyline series, that lets users limit app access and reduce distractions via a homescreen widget.

All models in the lineup will sport HD+ LCD displays, with 90Hz refresh rates on the Pulse 2 and 2+, and 120Hz on the Pulse 2 Pro. Under the hood is the Unisoc T610 chip, paired with Android 15 out of the box and an IP54 rating for splash resistance.
Camera specs include a 50MP main sensor, with the Pro variant offering a 50MP + 2MP rear setup and a 50MP selfie shooter. Pricing is expected to match the original Pulse series, starting around $150, with the Pulse Pro topping out at $179.
Official pricing and availability will be revealed during tomorrow’s launch.
