We received information from Lazada that their Express Delivery is now out and about.
Customers will now be able to experience Same Day Delivery for only Php29 if they place their order before 1pm. If they fail to order before 1pm, they can still opt for Next Day Delivery.
However, this shipping option is only available in selected areas in Metro Manila, Laguna, and Cavite.
Lex is just a nightmare on all courier.. They cancel all my order! The heck.. They notify me.. I replied to them in a nice way…
I ask them to delivered it in afternoon, my work is nightshift, i have to sleep.. This company has poor customer service, nor manners.. Pain in the ass..
Ordered this on Jun 3 Expected delivery date Jun 11-13. The seller had it packed and ready for pickup on Jun 4. Lex Express picked it up 6 days later on Jun 10th so no way i am getting my order Jun 11 – 13 thanks to Lex Express incompetence. Lex Express then turns my order over to another incompetent courier Entrego on Jun 11th.They send my order to a sorting center where it sits for another 10 days without moving. Received my order on Jun 21. Should of just gone to the hardware store instead of thinking the couriers in the Philippines could deliver a order without problems. These incompetent couriers make me want to stop buying online.
Yugatech is bogus. They only print press releases from companies.

Lex is a useless Delivery service as i type this i am currently waiting on a package that was due to be delivered yesterday the problem yesterday was they claim they couldnt find my address they never even bothered to text me if they actually took the time to send a text message i could of given them directions….
today i finally got contacted by Lex they want to deliver my item monday meaning another 2 days wait trying to get them to deliver today is like trying to get blood out of a stone.. considering that this is a failure on their part.. they are also insisting that they call me but the problem is my mobile phone is waiting a replacement battery guess who has the battery LEX so i am currently using my pocket wifi…
here is the catch. this is not the first time Lex has done this i ordered a smart watch and bluetooth sports headset from Lazada in 2017 exact same situation as now i get email from Lazada saying my order will be delivered yet no sign of the delivery guy nor any communication from Lex no call no text…
the question i have asked Lex today during our texts back and forth is why my first 2 orders with Lazada was Delivered WITH NO issue but my 3rd and my current order is facing issue….
another annoying issue with Lex is there is no real contact information no email no phone numbers nothing as i was hunting for these numbers to chase them up..
i have noticed in my research that this delivery service has had 100’s of complaints so my question to lazada is why continue to use such a shit service
i noticed that Lazada has different delivery services such as LBC why cant we select a service for our packages …
well i am afraid to say i shall no longer be using Lazada until they either 1) improve Lex Delivery service or 2) suspend using Lex
Same herr over na sa target deluvwry date, processing pa rin status taz check sa lex ph, inbounded pa rin… pwede palitan ng lazada mga courier nila, lagyan ng choice ang customer kun sino gusto nila deliver, mga bogus iba… mas okay pa shopee!
walang kwenta ang LEX they already returned my item to the sender w/out any confirmation to the reserver! the item was shipped and ready to deliver but i didn’t receive any items..
LEX is a bogus! They posted my item was delivered even though in truth was not. I didnt receive any item yet they declared it as delivered. Biggest modus of online business. Great Lazada.
Bakit po walang ngpipick up ng orders ko
Lazada should get rid of XDE delivery. Or sana magbigay ang lazada ng option para makapili ang customer kung LBC or LEX. kasi Twice na nangyari sakin sa XDE last october and now ngayon december yung order ko di dumating puro text lang na mag dedeliver sila. Abala masyado kelangan ko pa mag cancel ng mga lakad yun pala walang darating.

Had a very bad first experience with this. Hindi dumating yung order ko ng same day. XDE ang carrier nila. Ok naman na sa lazada app. Nag update siya hanggang sa na ship tapos nag text pa si XDE with tracking number na ide-deliver na nila yung item around 12PM.
Tapos 5pm na wala pa rin. tinignan ko na sa tracker nila. Nakalagay dun na 11:43AM delivery na last step. tapos nung 3:45 binalik sa warehouse nila. Wala man lang ng inform sakin o attempt na mag contact sa phone ko para sa delivery. Nagantay ako sa wala dapat may agenda ako nun. Lazada chat support wala din nagawa. Tatanungin daw nila yung logistic team nila tapos hindi din ako binalikan wala man lang empathy sa inconvenience na dinala niyan na inantay mo ng buong araw at hindi ka nakaalis tapos hindi darating.
Dati ang lazada pag may abala ka na ganito, sila pa ang tatawag mismo sayo para ayusin o mag sorry man lang at magbigay ng assurance na gusto nila ayusin issue mo ngayon wala na.
How about other areas? No change? Same same?
kung sa mindanao ang location mo dont expect much.
