LG Tone Plus Free to be released in South Korea

Not to miss out on the TWS earphone craze, LG has released its first true wireless earphone, the Tone+ Free.

Designed in collaboration with audio manufacturer Meridian Audio, the Tone+ Free is said to deliver premium sound at an affordable price. The earbuds sport a semi-open design and have an IPX4 rating. The controls are triggered via touch and there is support for music play/stop, and Google Assistant. Like most TWS earbuds the Tone+ Free also comes with a noise-canceling microphone. The tone+ Free’s battery is rated at 6-hour music playback time and support fast charging in the case.

Priced at KRW 25,999 (PHP 1,125USD 19INR 1,625EUR 18CNY 140), pre-orders for the black variant are already ongoing until October 14 and will be officially released on October 28. The white variant will follow by November.
