The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has launched a new website where the public can directly report misbehaving drivers. The platform, called “I-Report Mo kay LTO Chief,” is now available online and aims to speed up action on road-related complaints.

The website allows users to report cases such as road rage, hit-and-run incidents, colorum vehicles, and other traffic violations. It also accepts complaints about LTO services, including licensing, vehicle registration, and transfer of ownership. Reports can be submitted through https://www.ireportmokayltochief.ph/.
According to the LTO, the platform was created to improve transparency, accountability, and faster response to public concerns. It follows Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business law. The agency said the system will help them act on complaints even if they do not go viral online.
One key feature of the website is the Show Cause Order (SCO) tracker. This allows users to check the status of cases filed against drivers. They can see updates on the investigation and final decisions, such as license suspension or revocation.
The website was tested earlier this month before being opened to the public. With this launch, the LTO hopes to give motorists a more direct and reliable way to report issues on the road.
