At MWC 2026, nubia unveiled the Neo 5 series, which includes the Neo 5, Neo 5 GT, and Neo 5 Max. Large displays and gaming capability are the main features of the series.
The Neo 5 GT features a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED display which supports a 144Hz refresh rate and achieves a maximum brightness of 4500 nits. The Neo 5 Max provides a bigger screen size of 7.5 inches but its complete specifications remain undisclosed.
The devices are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor which operates with LPDDR memory and nubia’s NeoTurbo performance engine. The devices support 120FPS gameplay for Garena Free Fire and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang gaming titles.
The Neo 5 GT also includes a built-in cooling fan, a 29,508mm² cooling system, and a 6,210mAh battery with 80W fast charging. The nubia Neo 5 series will begin rolling out globally in Southeast Asia starting March 2026. As per its local availability and details, there are still no updates about it.
