PLDT and Smart to extend bill payments until April 30
In line with the government’s directive to extend the enhanced community quarantine, PLDT Home and Smart Communications will be helping its customers stay connected.
Both PLDT Home and Smart will be extending the payment period until April 30, 2020. Additionally, both companies will also suspend disconnections for overdue accounts.
Customers may also keep track of their bills and or data usage by logging onto their account dashboard on either the PLDT or Smart websites, as well as the myPLDT Smart App.
