PLDT, Smart, and Sun have announced that its postpaid subscribers will be getting a 30-day bill payment extension period. This includes not only mobile subscribers but also PLDT Home and PLDT Enterprise subscribers as well.

The announcement was made in all official pages of the telecom brands under PLDT. In the announcement, the company stated:
We know how important it is for you and your family to stay connected during these difficult times of the COVID-10 outbreak. So, we’ve put in place a 30-day payment extension period for all our postpaid customers of PLDT Home, PLDT Enterprise, Smart, and Sun postpaid.
The 30-day bill extension period under PLDT, Smart, and Sun begins from the customer’s due date.
