POCO X8 Pro Max launched, priced in the Philippines

POCO has launched the POCO X8 Pro Max in the Philippines, packing near-flagship specs at a mid-range price point.

It is powered by MediaTek’s 3nm Dimensity 9500s chip with a 4+4 all-big-core CPU up to 3.73GHz, LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, and an AnTuTu score rated at 3,085,998, plus hardware-level ray tracing and POCO’s WildBoost Optimization for smoother, more efficient gaming.

The X8 Pro Max also carries POCO’s biggest battery yet at 8,500mAh, promising up to two days of use, 100W HyperCharge, and 27W reverse charging. You get a 6.83-inch M10 display with up to 3,500 nits peak brightness on 25% of the screen, 3840Hz PWM dimming, dual speakers with Dolby Atmos, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a 50MP main camera, and a 20MP selfie shooter.

In the Philippines, the POCO X8 Pro Max is available in White, Black, and Blue, in 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB variants, starting at Php 18,999.
