President Duterte signs Executive Order on Freedom of Information

President Rodrigo Duterte has just signed the executive order implementing the freedom of information (FOI) mandating full public disclosure of all offices under the executive branch.

He added that aside from agencies in the executive branch, state universities are also covered by the executive order.

Bakit hindi pa lahat ng government agencies.

Kasi di sakop ng executive branch ang 2 branches (Legistative and judiciary branch).. And under the executive branch includes those all Cabinet departments, agencies and LGU if di ako nagkakamali.
