If you’ve been looking for a budget tablet that can easily be used for work or leisure when you’re out, then you might want to consider the PhoneTab with its spacious 8-inch display. It can also be used to call by inserting a micro SIM. Unfortunately it limits you to 3G connectivity, but for its asking price we really couldn’t complain.

With a Php6,990 price tag, you have a phablet that comes with a free leather case worth Php500. It’s currently ready for orders and delivers for free anywhere in the Philippines. Just head on over to their site by clicking through the source link below.

The phablet is quite good in terms of its features and specs.I just want to ask how to stop some apps that are running in the background bec. they are eating a lot of my battery life. I’ve been stopping them from the apps that are running and after a while they are running again. Please help…Tnx

For those interested with this tablet.
1. as in the first post, some apps are “incompatible” with this device (ex. candy crush – as a workaround, you can sideload it).
2. device storage is partitioned into internal and usb storage which give you only around 1gb of internal storage out of the 8gb. don’t know why they didn’t just set the whole 8gb as internal storage. can be mitigated by moving around apps from internal to usb storage.
3. speakers are not so powerful or maybe i have high expectations. YMMV.

None as of yet, but when we get a demo unit we’ll be sure to try playing those games on it.

This is what I am using now. Bought this a week ago, so far OK naman siya. Lamang sa Nexus 7. I don’t know if this is upgradable to Kitkat 4.4. I will wait for a review kung pwede ito upgrade.

i bought this a week ago…and it was ok…I am an ipad mini user before (sold it to pay bills). Had a hard time using my phone as surfing device, so I settled for a cheap one, and this grabs my attention. I was all ok…don’t expect too much, but the looks and feel of it, parang ipad mini na din kahit papano. :)

By the way, I am trying to help people out sa FB about this tablet, and with regards to candy crush, use the link below to download and install it to your tablet:

By the way, it is a rebranded one from KTC 800p31c. :) But I assume, Qube got its exclusive reselling and rebranding here in PH. :)

I also purchased this device around eight months ago, I do like the looks and feel of it, but as a phone, it is useless, way too quit, even with the headset on, the speakers are just too underpowered, the battery was reasonable but does not last as long as advertised, when watching Youtube video its a must to use headphones as once again the speakers are absolutely useless.

I also found the proximity sensor has never worked for me, voice commands is bad as the mic it terrible.

Be warned when you apply the leather case that comes with it, it is permanent and there is a warranty warning, it is fast and very responsive when surfing the net, because of the low quality speakers, I found myself using it for reading only, I even tried applying a sound booster app that did absolutely nothing.
