Razer co-founder, CEO, and creative director Min-Liang Tan announced on his Facebook page that his company is donating surgical masks to the Philippines.
This initiative aims to increase the number of personal protective equipment (PPEs) for the country’s COVID-19 frontliners who are in dire need of it. The masks will be sent to and distributed to the hospitals under the office of Alan Peter Cayetano, the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Min-Liang Tan worked with Mr. Cayetano last year to bring esports in the 2019 edition of the Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games). Razer did not disclose the number of masks to be shipped in the country.
