realme 16 5G series now official, priced and specs in the Philippines

realme has launched the realme 16 Series 5G in the Philippines, focusing on improved camera performance, longer battery life, and new AI features.

The lineup includes the realme 16 Pro+ 5G, realme 16 Pro 5G, and realme 16 5G. The Pro models feature a 200MP Multi-focal LumaColor camera system designed for clearer and more detailed photos. The realme 16 Pro+ 5G also comes with a 50MP telephoto lens for zoom and portrait shots, while the realme 16 Pro 5G offers the same main camera in a more accessible option. The realme 16 5G uses a dual 50MP camera with a Sony IMX852 sensor for everyday photos.

The series includes AI tools such as AI Edit Genie 2.0, AI Instant Clip, and AI Portrait Glow to make editing and sharing easier. All models come with a 7000mAh battery, while the Pro versions support 80W fast charging for quicker charging.

For performance, the realme 16 Pro+ 5G runs on Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, the realme 16 Pro 5G uses Dimensity 7300 Max, and the realme 16 5G is powered by Dimensity 6400 Turbo. All models also include a cooling system for stable use.

The Pro models feature AMOLED displays with up to 144Hz refresh rate, while the realme 16 5G has a 120Hz AMOLED display. The entire series is rated for dust and water resistance.

The realme 16 Series 5G is now available nationwide through Shopee and realme stores, with pre-order offers including freebies and discounts for a limited time.
