* Eligible nominees are ones that have been officially released in the Philippines in 2016.
* If you are not familiar with the category, there’s a description in the form to help you identify possible candidates.
* For multiple nominations in one category, you may need to fill up again and re-submit.
* The number of nominations of a specific product will be a factor in selecting the Top 5 Finalists.
* Only one nomination per unique email account will be counted.
* A nominee can only be accepted as a finalist to a maximum of two categories.
